Update

I know I promised to blog often but don't really have much time. Sigh. Really miss those carefree days when I'm at States, before the arrival of Kayden...

Anyway, these are the 2 boys at 3 yrs 7 mths old and 2 yrs 2 mths old... :) no matter how frustrated the day is, seeing them just brighten me up... Ok, maybe sometimes they agitate me too... Lol

Kayden is 3!

Kayden also had a birthday celebration in school this year! I can't believe that he's 3 already!! Got him some "CARS" cupcakes and he was thrilled when he saw them! His birthday also falls on a Saturday this year and so, just like Kaleb's, we also held the celebration in school on a Friday...

A shot with my 2 boys... they just woke up from their nap....

So happy!!!

Kaleb is also very happy!

Random...

Having stopped blogging for so long, really have no idea where to start. LOL... Hmm... Kaleb kena chicken pox last year, during November. Luckily Kenneth was a "house-husband" then and looked after Kaleb throughout the whole 2 weeks. Ok... maybe not he looked after... coz he would bring him to my in-laws' place. LOL... and... 1 week later, he also kena!! LOL....

My and little Kaleb during his chicken pox period... He was basically ok and still very active!

Then we fast forward to Christmas 2011. Bought some pressies for the boys and they had so much fun!!

Then we went to the zoo during "I forgot when"... LOL... this pic was taken by the zoo photographer and cost us a bomb! But since it was our 1st time there as a family, I think quite worth it! After that, we went back again during Feb 12 as Kayden requested to go! It was his birthday month and so he wins! LOL.....

06 July 2012

It's been a while... like.. more than 6 months since I last blog!! OMG!! I can't believe it has been soooo long!!

Just celebrated Kaleb's birthday in school today... He is turning 2 tomorrow! Seems just like yesterday that he came out pre-mature... and today, he is almost as heavy as Kayden! LOL...

We had a mini celebration for Kaleb and his friends at school. Prepared 30 over goody bags to be given to his friends...

Ordered Mickey Mouse Cup Cakes... and some yummy buttery cookies...

Our family photo!

The 2 boys!

I promise I will try to blog more whenever I can... =)

Kenneth's Birthday Celebration 2011

Kenneth's birthday came and went just like this. LOL... We did not do anything special as both of us were pretty sick... both the boys still went to school as usual and the sickly us did some housework at home before bringing them out for dinner @ Thomson Plaza Swensens... However, he received some very good news on the eve of his birthday... He claimed this must be the best gift that he can ever have... and I agree... =)

Nothing new... his favourite... CAR!!!
Di di joined in... which I think he regretted later...

So happy! The innocence sides of kids....

Regretted and wanted OUT!!!

Wanted "mum mum"... which is just iced water... this is also his favourite word!

A shot with his 2nd son...

The one with the bigger face should stay further away from the camera. LOL...

Waiting for food....

Reached home! So excited about the birthday cake... didn't get a big cake coz we always can't finish.. instead, bought 2 pieces... only... birthday boy didn't get to eat any at all!! coz finished up by his 2 boys...lol...

Daddy with his 2 little "K"s...

Our happy family!

Blowing out the candles...

Random...

I always love Fridays... that means I can be with my boys for 2 days over the weekends... ok, technically speaking, not 2 full days... but the fact that they need to go to "school", makes me happy. Don't get me wrong... I love their school and I must say it's perfect!! But, it's always better to have them close to you... =)

inside the car... to the airport for dinner on a Friday evening!! Kayden loves the instant noodles and Kaleb ate "mui fan"... =) Didi always eat more than the kor kor... he will outgrow kor kor one day!

Waking up at 5am on a Sunday morning... sigh... that means the poor mummy needs to get up too... Leb leb aka slurpee aka lebby aka Yang Yang is happy as usual... =)

Random...

As usual, the boys love to roll around on the mattress (I normally let them do this before bedtime, don't want them to have this habit of running around on the mattress)... sometimes head will bang head... or the legs will kick the head... this is just them... boys being boys, tend to be a bit more rough...

Thus, A mini "accident' happened at home last night. Kaleb accidently kicked Kayden's nose!

Kayden is more of a whiner... he whines over the slightest thing... everyday! Spoiled by his grandparents when we were still staying together then? Daddy so worried and carried him away for "inspection". LOL....

and all these while... what is the "culprit" doing? sipping out water from his bottle!! ok lah, in this pic, he was actually biting the cap... LOL... looks so innocent, hor? LOL...

Kaleb, the "pretty" boy

Out of boredom when we were at home last night, before Kaleb's bedtime on a Sunday night... =p

Am I pretty?
Trying to get the rubber band off his hair....

Frustrated and started whining when he couldn't get it off... LOL

We go to the airport almost every week to have our meals... No, we don't stay near the airport... but it's easily reached by taking a few expressways. LOL... along the way, Kayden will be busy playing with my iPhone. Kaleb will be looking around... sometimes fussing a bit... but in general, we always enjoy our "road trips"....

We had our dinner at Xin Wang... Kayden, as usual, loves the unhealthy food... instant noodles this time round...

6th Anniversary... with our 2 "assets"

We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary on 24 Sept 2011. We started the day with our early and weekly breakfast at Botanic Gardens. Ok... this is what we always do on weekends. LOL... After our breakfast, we will normally take a walk around the park.

Went back home and Kaleb had his morning nap. We left the house again and went to East Coast Park. Had our late lunch at Waraku. Ordered a lot of food and everyone was full to the brim!! The boys also received some toys from the restaurant. They were so happy. =)

After lunch, we went to Polliwogs!!! Kaleb stayed at the "under 3 years old" area while Kayden was all over the place. The last time when we were there, Kaleb was still a very tiny baby, sleeping in the car seat all the way. But this time round, he was actively walking all over the place. For the big baby, he was climbing / crawling / running here and there, Daddy needs to keep up with him. LOL...

The 2 brothers at the ball pit
@ the end of the short tunnel

crawling over... after seeing how kor kor did it...

always my little baby =)

Our family picture...

Us with the boys... one that looks like Daddy... and the other that resembles me... God is fair... I can't imagine having a 3rd baby... I think I have run out of "love"... LOL...

We had a fun time that day. They are the best gift that I will ever have in my life. =) Thank you, God.

A Visit the J's home!

Went to Huiqi's house to visit Jervis and Jeryl... Been 2 years since we last met. And now, we each have a new additional in our family and coincidently, the new member is a BOY for both sides. LOL...

The super smiley baby Jeryl!! Super duper love him... :) I would have carried him home with me if not for the fact that Huiqi was carrying him when I left their home. LOL

It's really not an easy chore to get the 4 boys to look at the camera at the same time.

Kaleb sayang-ing Baby Jeryl.... :)

Cupcakes for Teacher's Day Celebration

I ordered some cup cakes for Teacher's Day Celebration for the boy's childcare centre.

Kayden was thrilled over the cupcakes and the reason is very simple. LOL....

The 3 Ks...

The 3 K's of my life! Daddy K bring them for a "walk"...

Quite glad that Kayden is "timid" and normally won't dare to run around on his own. And thus, we do not need to chase after him whenever we go to the airport. LOL... As for the other baby K, he is more "daring" and tend to wander away on his own. LOL...

We go to the airport nearly every weekend! Do come up and say "hello" to us if you ever spot us there. :)

the "twins"

Went to my mum's place on one of the Sundays... Dressed the boys up in similar but different colour attire... hee hee... sometimes, I feel like I treat the 2 of them like twins. LOL... Ok lah, they look very different... coz one looks like me, the other looks like Kenneth. LOL... oh well, even when we go out, people will ask if they are twins.... LOL... maybe coz of their size... =p

Picture courtesy of Brother's camera... crop away myself and Kenneth... lol...

Kayden's Progress at 30 mths

Kayden is 30 months old!! He's being promoted to Nursery 1 and he started class with them on Monday. He cried and vomitted twice on the 1st day. On the 2nd day, slight improvement, cried and vomitted only once. On the 3rd day, no more vomitting... but still cry! 4th day also the same. :( I guess this is just a passing phrase...

And so, I called up and requested to put him at his former class and they will bring him over at 9am for Circle Time with his friends in N1. And fortunately, one of his friends from PG, Honvie also got promoted at the same time! and so, I requested to have Kayden to be put in the same group as this little boy.

At 30 months, Kayden is full of "whys"... why this and why that... and he super love to play with the iPhone. He also enjoys playing with his little brother. The 2 of them can roll around on the mattress... or play peek-a-boo!! LOL...

Chim-po bought him a truck with cars... he took away the cars and line up di-di's Sesame Street character on the truck... saying big bird and gang are going out... to the market... to buy watermelon. LOL...

Kaleb's progress

Kaleb is 14 months old!! He can walk quite well... but still a bit wobbly... He is very good at doing flying kisses and it usually comes with a very loud "pop" sound. He can say mei mei (little sister), mei (beautiful), oh...ho (teacher will normally say this when a baby falls down while trying to walk), mum-mee (who is ME!!)...

He understands when we ask him to sit down or stand up... or even walk! He understands when we ask him to pass us something but at times, he will over-shot and walk past the item. LOL.... I bought a cup with a straw attached and he can hold the bottle well and drink from the straw!!

Drinking water from his bottle!!

Little baby walking around at the airport....
