Kayden's progress...

Kayden will be turning 14 months old this coming Sunday! Till date, he still doesn't know how to walk (too lazy), doesn't want to hold his milk bottle (also lazy) and doesn't talk also!! There was one day, where he said "mum mum" (means want food) the whole day and we were so excited! But after that day, not a single word (that makes sense) comes out from his little mouth. *LOL* He is very good at mimicking what we do. We tend to apply "ru-yi" oil on him after bathing. We always rub our palms then put them on his tummy. He does the same too! *LOL* He also try to scrape apple by using the spoon after seeing my mum did it (to feed him). He's able to stand up on his own for few seconds while on the bed. When put him on the floor, he will be busy crawling around, taking stuff down from the coffee table, etc... Maybe he will start walking soon? Then another "nightmare" will start... *LOL*

Recently, he learns how to shake his head when he doesn't want something. Like when he's full, he will shake his head or when someone wants to carry him, to show his objection, he will shake his head vigorously. *LOL* It's a very funny sight, will try to capture this "action" on video. *LOL*

These days, he will want to follow us when we go out. But when he sees Kenneth in his uniform, leaving for work, he will just wave good-bye, maybe he knows in no way is his Daddy gonna carry him when he's wearing the "blue suit". *LOL* But when he sees Kenneth in casual clothing and leaving the house, he will not wave but will cry and cry, stretching out his hands and wanna follow. Not a very good sight. Most of the mornings, when I leave for work, I will leave with a "broken heart". Sigh... How I wish I can just be a SAHM. Maybe next year. *LOL*

He is getting very sticky to me. Sometimes at night, he will want me to cradle him to sleep, just like a little baby. And whenever he has the chance to let me carry, he will not want to leave me, will cling on to me like a koala bear.... *LOL* Will be sending him to Childcare soon... Hope he is able to adapt... =)
